You will have the opportunity to develop your own sales pipeline and manage the sales process end-to-end. On the customer success side, you will be preparing and conducting customer workshops, facilitating user onboarding, and ensuring our customers achieve measurable value from our platform. Additionally, you will support strategic projects, including our GTM strategy, investor updates, and PR activities, gaining firsthand experience in shaping the future of a fast-growing AI startup.
What you’d be working on:
- Develop your own and support Plato’s sales pipeline end-to-end, including conducting market research, personalized outreach, lead qualification, stakeholder mapping, product demos, and contracting.
- Collaborate with the Plato GTM team on the design and implementation of our GTM strategy, and deepen strategic alliances.
- Support top-of-funnel sales and marketing activities, such as LinkedIn campaigns and sales materials, and help organize Plato’s participation in events by preparing materials, coordinating logistics, and engaging with prospects.
- Tackle key customer success activities, including preparing and conducting customer workshops and onboarding sessions, and tracking customer engagement.
- Act as a point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, gathering feedback, and escalating issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Acquire an in-depth understanding of the Plato software and technical setup.
